Wendy Wallace

Wendy Wallace currently serves as the Programme Assistant for U-Report at the OECS Commission and plays a vital role in engaging young people and facilitating their voices in decision- making processes through the U-Report platform and OECS Youth Advisory Network (YAN).With a solid foundation in Law, Wendy earned her First Class Honours LLB degree from the University of the West Indies (UWI), Cave Hill Campus in Barbados.

Beyond her academic achievements, Wendy has also shared her expertise as a CSEC and CAPE lecturer at the Academic School of Learning. Wendy actively serves in various leadership capacities, including 2nd Vice President of the National Youth Council of Dominica and Youth Parliamentarian. She is a member of the Youth Emergency Action Committee in Dominica, where she contributes to disaster preparedness and response efforts.

Wendy is also the Youth Director of the Caribbean Female Empowerment Movement (cFEM), member of the Caribbean Youth Environmental Network (CYEN Dominica Chapter), and Legal Learners, reflecting her diverse interests and her commitment to making a difference in various spheres.
She also co-hosts The Unmasked 7, a podcast geared towards addressing socio-economic and legal issues in Dominica. Wendy's multifaceted contributions to her community, her passion for youth empowerment, and her unwavering commitment to excellence make her a true asset in the OECS.
